Tell us the window you have.

Start with the site and the scope. We will come back with what we can do inside your window and what we cannot, which is usually the more useful half of the answer.

Marine coordination in Łeba answers 24/7, 365. Everything else keeps office hours in Gdańsk.

Scope request

Eight fields, and the fourth is the one that matters

We use what you send here to answer you. Nothing else. This is a concept site: the form does not send anywhere.

Three ways this starts

Planned, contracted, or the phone rings

A planned campaign

You know the scope and you know the season. Blades, cable, bolting or inspection, booked months out against a weather window we both know is optimistic. We give you a mobilisation date, a crew list and the number of stand-by days we have priced in.

Lead time: weeks to months

An availability contract

You are not buying days, you are buying a percentage. Multi-year cover for an array: planned maintenance, inspection, call-out and the reporting that proves the number. This is the one where we look at your failure history before we quote, because the price is in the history.

Lead time: a quoting process, not an email

An emergency call-out

A turbine has stopped and it is not scheduled. Call the coordination room, not this form. We assess inside the day and put a crew on the water at the first workable tide. If the tide is not workable, we will tell you that too, in the first hour rather than the third day.

Street addresses are deliberately general: the company is fictional and we are not putting a made-up door number on a real quay.

Weather does not negotiate the schedule. We do.

Sources. Łeba, Esbjerg and Grimsby are real offshore wind service ports. The addresses, email, base contents and response times are invented. The position is the centre of an imaginary operating area, picked in open water clear of every licensed wind farm site — it is not the location of any real project. keldvik.example is a reserved example domain and does not receive mail.
