Seven things, and the reason each one exists
Blade repair by rope access
Leading and trailing edge rebuilds, laminate repair, lightning receptor work, done on the turbine from ropes. No crane, no jack-up, no barge day rate. Cure time is the constraint, not the height.
Cable termination and array cable work
Pulls and terminations inside the transition piece, hang-off, bend restrictors, earthing, J-tube seals, re-terminations after a failed test. Every pull logged against the design table.
Torque and tension
Bolt tension verified and recorded on flange connections between monopile, transition piece and tower, plus blade root flanges. Values are recorded, not remembered. A signature without a number behind it is worth nothing.
General visual inspection
Planned walk-through of tower internals, platforms, ladders, davits, coatings and bolted connections. Findings are ranked, not just listed, so the operator knows what has to move this season and what can wait.
Subsea survey
Inspection-class ROV on cable route, scour protection and foundation. We find it, chart it and hand it over inside the same mobilisation. We do not place rock and we do not bury cable.
Marine coordination
Vessel movements, transfer decisions, permits to work and personnel-on-board tracking, run from one room, 24/7. The person who says stop is the same person all season.
Emergency call-out
An unplanned stop assessed inside the day and a crew on the water at the first workable tide. Contracted response, not a favour.

2 400 m² of covered store, consumables, rope access equipment and spares staged for North Sea campaigns. Mobilisation point for anything heavy.
Grimsby · United Kingdom · O&M base
Two CTV berths and the technician pool for the English east coast. Crews live within an hour of the quay, which is the whole point of a UK base.
Łeba is the first Polish O&M base built for offshore wind, Esbjerg is the world’s largest offshore wind base port, and Grimsby is the largest O&M cluster in the UK. Those three facts are real; KELDVIK’s presence in them is not.
Every line here expires, and somebody has to book the course
One room decides whether anybody goes to sea
One room in Łeba holds the vessel plan, the forecast and the permits to work. It runs 24/7, 365, and it is the only place where a transfer is approved. Forecasting is in-house on a three-hourly cycle, because a twelve-hourly forecast decides yesterday’s weather.
